The Client:

This company is in the top 15 ASX listed Tech companies. They are very appreciative of the importance of workplace flexibility and offer a hybrid WFH model. They are CBD based and have one of the most beautiful office fit outs in the industry. They have a global footprint and are looking for a Change Manager to come and join the team and implement a smooth ERP integration of the HR/Workforce modules.

The Role:

Your role as Change Manager will be actively contributing to a technology refresh across the HR/Workforce modules of Workday. The Change Manager will need to focus on impact assessment and business readiness activities, as well as change and communications plans.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop, maintain and implement change management tools, frameworks and methodologies
• Develop change management and enablement strategies
• Plan project communication strategy and effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders (internal and external), vendors and senior management to ensure the relevant information is disseminated on time to the right audience.

Requirements:

• Multiple years' experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in ERP system integration - WORKDAY WOULD BE GREAT!
• Proven written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Benefits

• Open minded daily rate wise - lets chat! Ideal candidate around $1100-1200 per day (experience dependent)
• 12 month contract
• Work from home hybrid role
