The Opportunity

Great 6 month plus contract opportunity to work with Change Manager to deliver on change, communication and training activities for projects and other initiatives within the Transport sector.

Key focus areas include implementing change, stakeholder and communication management plans, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement, business change management and training activities, and adoption of change for projects within Corporate IT.

Key Skills and Experience:

- 2-4 years experience in Organisational Change and Training - covering areas such as: Change, Communications, Stakeholder Management, Business Readiness and Training
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change with proven experience in delivering behavioural change
- Experience in using a variety of change management principles, methodologies and tools including change impact assessments etc
- Experience in facilitating change management approaches and tactics with IT business units.
- Strong communication, listening and influencing skills
- Flexible and adaptable and willing to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Qualifications in Change (preferred)
- Have high energy, be a "doer" that can translate ideas into plans and artefacts that are relatable (preferred)
