Opportunities

This role is suited to a Lead BA who doesn't mind taking on ownership of projects and running with them. You will be focused on IT System Solutions.

Some of the key requirements;

* Gather, document and analyse business processes and requirements to determine the best IT solution
* Help business to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way and in alignment with the IT roadmap
* Participate and lead the roll out of various Digital & IT initiatives to maximise the positive impact on the organisation
* Lead and participate unit testing of system and integration initiatives as required
* Collaborate closely with business units in Oceania to maximise the efficiency through digital & IT initiatives
* Collaborate with architecture, development and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.

What you bring with you;

Experience in driving and leading IT initiatives
5+ years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments in shipping or logistics
Strong business Acumen
Experience in Digital Transformation
Broad technology knowledge eg Azure, DB structure, Cloud environments.
Knowledge of a technical language eg .net, my sql, java,
Knowledge of technical integration standards eg XML, JSON, UN/EDIFACT, X.12
Experience working under Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Experienced working across dev teams/DevOps team/Architects and the like.

The company/teams will support this person to settle in and get to grips with the environment before you take on the responsibility of delivery.
