Finite Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Business Case Writer/Senior Business Analyst for a long term opportunity. You will be responsible for building both Financial Cost Models and related Business Cases for submission to a national regulator.

The successful Business Case Writer / Senior Business Analyst must have experience in the following:

  • Core BA skills, such as data analysis in Excel, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, benefits identification and realisation.
  • Lean process improvement to identify areas of waste or areas of a process that can be improved.
  • Working in an agile environment, whilst not necessarily implementing an Agile methodology.
  • Project establishment and closure activities, such as development of business cases, identification of project budgets, and operational handover support (including development of associated documentation).
  • Experience in assisting IT Teams to create strategies or road maps and supporting financial/benefit modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in developing high-quality business and ICT focused proposals, business cases, and supporting material, in both business oriented and ICT environments working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Well versed with ICT environments and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and conducting workshops, experience in preparing a range of written materials and documentation, and tailoring messages and style to different audiences.
  • Ability to synthesise business and ICT analysis into meaningful outcomes and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of business analysis techniques, including leading and conducting requirement gathering and solution workshops, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
