FinXL are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who utilises in-depth knowledge of the core organisational business working closely with business stakeholders in order to effectively communicate to the technical group, the business direction, strategy and requirements.

D365 platform is a strategic business applications delivery platform for better collaboration, resource optimisation and to deliver integrated solutions. The client delivery teams are structured into Agile Solutions Train with three operational Agile Release Train (ARTs) with multiple scrum teams operating in DevOps model within Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). The Solutions program capability is working toward capacity based, capability funded model to leverage multiple productivity benefits of SAFe framework. In DevOps model Delivery and Operational responsibility are assigned within scrum teams. The Business Analyst / System Analyst role will assist in delivery of the outcomes for the Agile Solutions Train.

The successful applicant would be required to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in transformational programs, guiding and driving product owners/business SME to develop user journey, business features, streamline business processes and consolidate common services/data to deliver business change to deliver contemporary customer experience.
  • At least 3+ years recent experience as a Business/System Analyst supporting D365 platform or extensive experience as a Business/System Analyst in other complex systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business process consolidation among varieties of stakeholders to identify business patterns to deliver value add services.
  • A proven track record in working in Agile environment to develop requirements artefacts for a complex multi - business streams transformation programs
  • Experience to analyse existing IT applications, common services and dependencies to develop enabling technical platform requirements.
  • Experience documenting high and detailed level business requirements features, business process modelling techniques, wireframes, functional and non-functional user stories of a high quality that meet the needs of the target audiences.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven performance in translating and communicating complex technical information to executive level nontechnical management.
  • Good understanding of contemporary technologies, digital services standards and best industry practices in delivering IT services.
  • Knowledge and experience in agile delivery
  • Preferably 8+ years' experience as a Business/System Analyst.
  • Preferably working with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Power Platform - Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud platform, O365 etc) based program teams.
  • Recognisable tertiary-level IT qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • A good understanding of working in SAFe environment.
  • Desirable: Bachelor's degree in information technology field.
  • Strong liaison and interpersonal skills including the ability to:
  • Engage with requesting business areas and other project stakeholders;
  • Discuss technical matters with both technical and non-technical staff; and
  • Negotiate outcomes between business and technical areas
  • Work closely with staff to facilitate systems development.
