They are CBD based and have one of the most beautiful office fit outs in the industry. They have a global footprint and are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join the team.

The Role:

Your role as Agile Delivery Lead will be to own and drive all Agile ways of working across the multiple squads in the Customer Experience portfolio. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices across the portfolio including PI Planning.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Own and embed scaled agile ways of working across the Customer Experience & Operations portfolio
• Facilitate the flow of work and drive collaboration & alignment between the squads
• Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies across the portfolio including Quarterly Planning and Squad of Squads
• Facilitate aligned cadence across the portfolio
• Track and manage technical dependencies between and external to the squads
• Work with Agile Practice Lead within the EPMO to ensure consistent approach to Agile delivery across the enterprise

Salary and Benefits

• $180-185k package plus bonuses of 15%
