Our client is a well-established company based near the Melbourne CBD who provide specialist insurance broking services to a wide range of clients. They are seeking a talented and energetic Account Executive to join the general insurance team.
You will support the Account Manager across all broking activities including renewals, new business, endorsements, claims and reporting. There will be a focus on SME and commercial packs, but also exposure to corporate clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their insurance career further and learn from the extensive knowledge within the team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Account Executive or similar
- Competition of insurance certificates (Tier 1/Tier 2/Diploma) highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
